The Kubicek Balloons company sells its hot-air aerostats in Russia through its official representative, the Augur Aeronautical Centre. The application of aerostats of this European manufacturer in Russia was certified by the Interstate Aviation Committee which issued type certificates for the whole BB series of hot-air aerostats built by the Kubicek Balloons. This event has a significant importance for Russian aerostatics. Hot-air balloons created by distinguished European manufacturers allow Russian aeronauts to take part in international competitions and fiestas on a footing of equality and demonstrate their skill not worrying about possible problems caused by low quality of balloon envelopes, burners, or baskets. |
