On the 14th September of 2005 the Au-12M 2-seat airship designed and built to the order of the Moscow Government within the program of monitoring and optimization of traffic in the Russian capital performed its first flight over the Moscow ringway. The airship was piloted by the Chief of the Flight Department of the Aviation Centre of Ministry of Interior colonel Yuri Mogdalev with the second pilot Leonid Putintsev, the chief of flight and test complex of the Augur Aeronautical Centre. |
