The 5th International Moscow Region Governor Cup was held in the town of Dmitrov welcoming 18 pilots. Valery Latipov on the “Aeronatz” montgolfier won the first prize. The second prize went to Mikhail Naidorf, the third prize to Serguei Vinogradov. The pilots of the Augur Aeronautical Centre Stanislaw Fuodoroff and Alexandr Vinogradov also took part in the competition. |
